About Your Guide

I'm Bart van Grinsven - coach, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. I work with people who are driven, accomplished, and ready to stop letting their inner patterns run the show.

My work combines the Positive Intelligence® framework with deep coaching and a genuine connection to what it means to live fully. I've been through my own version of these struggles - and I've seen, again and again, what becomes possible when people find a way through them.

Not from theory. From a lived practice, and from years of sitting with people as they make real, lasting changes in how they lead, relate, and live.

FAQ

What if I can't make a session?
All sessions are recorded. You'll also keep the daily app practice to stay on track between sessions.

Do I need coaching or meditation experience?
Not at all. The program works for anyone ready to grow, regardless of background or prior experience.

How much time does it take each week?
Around 2.5 hours: one 60-min live session, one weekly video (around 45 min), and 15 minutes of daily app practice. The app practice is designed to fit into small gaps in your day.

How is this different from other personal development programs?
Most programs give you knowledge. This one builds mental fitness - a trained capacity to catch and shift your patterns in the moment. It's the difference between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it, especially under pressure.

Can I pay in instalments?
