Later …

You tell yourself:

"Once I fix this in the business…"

"Once we hit that revenue target…"

"Once the deal is done…"

Then I'll slow down.

Then I'll be present.

Then I'll start living.

But "then" is a lie.

A client of mine recently exited his business.

Big milestone.

Years of work.

Financial freedom.

One week later, he found out his wife had an affair.

Not because he's a bad person.

Not because she's a bad person.

Because somewhere along the way,  he wasn't really there anymore.

Not at home.

Not in the relationship.

And if he's honest, not even with himself.

You can build a successful business and slowly lose everything that actually matters.

Your partner.

Your kids.

Your health.

Yourself.

And by the time you look up, it's already gone.

Or hanging by a thread.

Entrepreneurs love to delay life.

We attach conditions to it.

But "there" keeps moving.

And life keeps collecting the price.

A business is not your life.

It's a vehicle. An expression of your talents.

Nothing more.

If it costs you your relationships, your health, your presence, you're not winning.

You're trading.

There is another way.

Where you build and stay connected.

Where you grow and stay present.

Where success doesn't come at the expense of what matters most.

Take a hard look.

Where are you not showing up right now?

What is it already costing you?

Because in the end, there is only one moment that matters.

This one.
